How the ISP Portal handles your data.

What we collect

The ISP Portal stores only the information needed to operate the service-request workflow: your email and password, the organization and role assigned by your administrator, your phone number, and the service-request data you create or act on.

How we use it

  • To authenticate you and authorize access to your dashboard.
  • To send transactional email (approval requests, status changes, invoice notifications) via Email.
  • To maintain a tamper-evident audit trail for every request — including IP address on magic-link approvals.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
  • We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
  • We do not retain magic-link tokens after a request is approved or rejected.
